Stereoview of Boston, Revere House Hotel, Heywood, circa 1870

A street-level view of the Revere House hotel, a multi-story brick building with a columned Ionic portico entrance, its name emblazoned in raised letters across the facade. In the foreground, a horse-drawn carriage and cab wait along the cobblestone street beside the adjacent row of storefronts and buildings. The composition, taken from across the intersection, captures the hotel's full facade with tram tracks visible in the roadway.
